After 1 year the restricted legend can be removed. In this case I think it has. As for management they are not very upfront with the actions here. I know they could care less about a bunch of share holders .The shareholders dont have any say as to what is going on. The company can sell all the shares they want and raise 1 million dollars a year. the way I see it they have raised 2 million since they took over.. AIMHO
