China Financial, Inc. (OTC:CHFI) has announced the submission of the exchange listing application for the NYSE Alternext US, formerly the American Stock Exchange, for its common stock. The company currently trades on the over-the-counter bulletin board, OTC.BB. CHFI’s application is under review and awaiting approval by the exchange.
