I am not sure why the company will release PR when there is still CHILL and huge MMs. IMO, the company is selling shares to survive therefore the money is not in the bank yet and the MMs is taking advantage and keeping the PPS low. So, I think it is in the best interest of stakeholders, company or even the stock flippers to see the Chill lifted first then let s see some PRs. At that time, the pps will go up. But it will not be sustainable, we will have huge dump and the pps will dive in again. So, the chronological steps will be, IMO, first get the chill lifted, move to another exchange, buy back some (billions) shares and then we will see how this baby is going to rocket-up high!

BUT the BIG question is Can You (WE) HOLD until then?
