I just read the PR - maybe this Rainwater guy has a customer base already in place from a related business, but wanted to start lone star as a separate business for accounting or other business reasons. I was skeptical at first, but the news release does state that the new company was formed for the distribution enterprise. I don't think there was any intent to mislead people here based on that disclosure. Perhaps they can clarify more on their next pr.
