Humphries diluted TFZI by 1.8 Billion shares in 2009.

Look at the profit and loss statement, he paid the crew over $600,000 from a company that had revenues of $21,000 with a cost of $15,000.

He diluted DLAD by 1.6 Billion shares thru March 30, 2010 then paid himself $120,000 and paid a consulting company $600,000.00 (which some believe he owns the consulting- marketing company).
If you dig a little deeper then the $6,000 cash on hand…You will see this crook is not looking out for the shareholder best interest.

I found out the hard way, personally I’m down $53K on the DLAD SCAM.
