Not sure why everyone is arguing about this. The stock did R/S. Plain and simple. Apart from that, what has been filed is poorly prepared. What needed to be filed has not, and it does not look like, will ever be filed. Certainly not expeditiously. I believe the initial PR from RT back in October stated it had all been filed. We are 6 months down the road and it is still not complete.

The website was PR'd to be operational in January. Never happened. Unless you count being able to view it for a about a week as meeting this goal.

No sales to generate revenue.
No transparency to generate buying interest.

I would not be surprised to see this revert back to sub-penny, another name change comes into play, interest gets generated, the A/S balloons and another R/S happens.

Wash, rinse, repeat.
