Start up companies really have the most chance for success when they take on numerous small acounts with low volumes and have them grow and attract the big fish ...... the small fish then begin to challenge for the larger accounts with better technology and force the larger accounts to change through competition ... numerous small accts create noise in the market place... CEOs become embarrassed that they are not on cutting edge and force underlings to innovate ....... We need to create critical Mass so the Law of attraction takes place and that gentlemen is what we have not done to date and sitting here for soooo many years and watching these neophtes stumble and blunder has been awful .....
This is based on having successfully created several companies from scratch....... Good news is this new addition to the Mgt team gets it...... and again I drink the Kool aid and am hopeful
