Anyone got any intel about EKWX's shell being sold?

I heard someone recently talked to the CEO of EKWK and he stated he was selling the shell. Can anyone verify?

iHub is showing 1,000,000 shares traded today.

TD Ameritrade showing 19,578,300 shares traded already today.

Seems like the rumor has some substance to it.
