Here is a question which I do not seems to understand which I had asked before.

Why would they shut down the mill without any gameplan in place? With the discussion with the expert still going on, don't you think it is more logical to continue running while thinking out for a solution? This is ridiculous.

From what I have read, I think the problem they have are not what we actually know about. Might be something bigger and more serious...
