BUSINESS SUMMARY

Thresher Industries Inc. (Pink Sheets: THRR) is a design,
engineering and manufacturing company that provides
custom machined permanent mold casting made from
recycled aluminum and metal matrix composites. Based in
Hanford, California, the Company operates an 18,000 square
foot, ISO 9000-certified foundry that uses 100% recycled
materials, bio-degradable processes and is carbon neutral.
Thresher provides full engineering support, designing, and
prototype development for a varied customer base. Target
customers include: Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEMs) and resellers in the agricultural, aerospace, defense,
sporting goods, transportation, first tier and after market
automotive industries. Products and services are sold
nationwide with recent expansion into Europe.

COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS

· Increases in “Green” Spending –
Under the Obama Administration, the
U.S. Government will invest $150 Billion
over the next 10 years toward the
production of American-made green
products and technologies.
· Strong Order Flow – THRR has current
open orders of approximately $1.4 Million scheduled
for immediate delivery.
· Diverse Market Applications - THRR's conventional
and custom parts are used in the industrial,
automotive, aerospace and defense markets.
· International Expansion - Advanced Technology
Sales Associates was named THRR global sales group
to expand into the Eastern U.S. and Europe.
· Rapid Revenue Growth – Management projects
annual revenues of approx. $3.8 Million in 2009 and
$7.9 Million in 2010. Estimates could be substantially
higher as several pending contracts are closed.
· Competitive Advantages –THRR delivers light
weight, high strength, heat resistant components that
resist wear and can lead to weight savings of around
40% compared to conventional casting technology.
· Key Acquisition – A key equipment purchase of two
Toshiba high-pressure die casting machines will
greatly increase production capacity, and are estimated
to contribute annual revenues of $15 million.
· Leadership Expertise. Top executives are former
managers at global concerns, such as: Puget Corp.
Cast Products Division (sold to Case Industries);
Allied Die Castings; Alyn Corp.; Thermadyme and
Owens Corning.

MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE

Thresher manufactures conventional aluminum and metal
matrix composite alloy castings. The Company's casting
capabilities range from prototypes or low volume casting to
permanent mold, low pressure and high pressure castings.
THRR engineers materials from its extensive catalog of
alloys as well as materials engineered to meet a customer's
exact specifications.
Thresher recently developed the Nautilus Core System, a
proprietary bio-degradable process of producing cores for
use in aluminum and magnesium casting. This system
allows the core to easily be removed through high-pressure
steam or water and can rest in areas not suitable for sand or
foam core.
The Nautilus Core can be used to generate internal shapes,
passages, and runner shapes
in virtually any cast metal
process including die
casting, permanent mold
casting and plastic molding.
Management has shown
that the Nautilus Core can
reduce material costs by as
much as 80% and waste by
100%. The Nautilus Core has been successfully used in
products for Chevrolet, Chrysler, and Ford, and has proven its
ability to meet the demands of the golf industry in production
of one piece driver heads when used with its ThermaLite
product. Thresher continues to develop and refine the process
in order to provide greater customer satisfaction, attract a
broader client base and enhance its potential revenue streams.
Patents are currently being developed for the Nautilus Core
processes and equipment used.
ThermaLite/BC cast material is produced using proprietary
melt stirring methods to incorporate B4C into various
aluminum alloys. Since the strength and stiffness are
increased compared to base aluminum, less material needs to
be used to provide equivalent strength. The combination of
lower density and higher strength can result in potential
weight savings of over 40% compared to conventional
aluminum. The Company is also developing applications for
ThermaLite in electronics enclosures requiring thermal
conductive materials. When ThermaLite/BC is used with the
Nautilus Core, THRR's customers are offered unique
capabilities and unprecedented freedom in design.
The Direct Metal Induction Cast Process is a proprietary
method of producing a high strength cast aluminum
component. When used with the Nautilus Core Process,
Thresher can provide a casting that is achieves an engineer's
exact design specifications, which would otherwise be
unattainable through conventional casting technology.

TARGETING MULTIPLE VERTICALS

Thresher's unique earth-friendly technology and processing,
combined with state-of-the-art design and engineering, have
multiple market applications, including:
· Automotive - Water pumps, torque boxes for unit body
vehicles, engine cradles, front end accessory drive
brackets, diesel engine and transmission components
· Aerospace – Landing gear, wheels, brake and actuation
components, interiors, lighting, power and cargo systems
· Defense- The use of aluminum is lighter and stronger
than titanium & steel and is ideal to meet strict military
requirements and environmental mandates
· Industrial - Agricultural components, tractors, heavy
equipment, architectural, & lighting
Customers include Alto Products, Crown Nursery, MGM
Brakes, Onodi Tool & Engineering, Plant Sciences, Delkron
Inc., Paccar Parts, Pacific West Nurseries and Plantel
Nurseries, with many more on the way.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

Management is successfully executing on its plan for
domestic growth with an eye on international expansion in
2009. The Company is actively pursuing numerous bids that
could generate millions of dollars over the next several
years. Through its global sales representative Advanced
Technology Sales Associates, Thresher has been negotiating
with a variety of companies to provide alloy castings across
several vertical markets for its high pressure casting group.
THRR has provided several quotes for manufactured
automotive parts as well as research and development costs,
and has placed several bids to a lighting company to supply
parts for heat sinks and other related parts that could sustain
strong revenue growth over the next three years.
Thresher is currently
fulfilling a $25,000 order
from Alto Products Corp.
of Alabama for
engineering, tooling and
parts to be used in two of
their transmission rebuild
kits for Cadillac and BMW automobiles. The Company is
also on the heels of acquiring two Toshiba 350 ton and one
hi-bred 650 ton high pressure die casting machine. These
machines, when fully operational, offer greatly expanded
production capacity and processing speed to better serve a
growing, international client base. As a result, management
anticipates annual revenues to increase by $15 million,
dependent on closing new orders.
