People aren't going to invest or take interest in NeoMedia when 1.) IM has failed to fulfill his public commitment to find outside shareholder friendly financing while simultaneously 2.) YA systematically dilutes on each and every PR. The investment community at large has become acutely, painfully aware and suspicious of this commodity and as such, we have lost alot of good people along the way. Lets just hope that the RS will allow them to create a sale stratedgy of the company which will benefit the common shareholder base which is multiple years past due for a win.
