SPNG will be back on the OTCBB by Monday morning
The Nasdaq will fast track an uplisting and the stock will be on the Naz by Tuesday.

SPNG is a Grey Sheet share printing pump and dump gone horribly wrong. the SEC sent SPNG a Wells Notice alleging over a dozen serious Federal Security Violations and the have been unable to have their financials audited for over a year because it would prove their guilt in regards to the SECs allegations.
