Yesterday, VGPR announced(pinksheets.com)the annual report will be released on or about April 2(no trading Good Friday in U.S.). Also good news is that as of last pinksheet reporting VGPR is not being shorted. Most low pennys are shorted and shorters have a nose for blood.

I believe this company is a good investment. One of the 2 honest stock promoters I'm aware of has been buying VGPR himself.I waited 3 months for dip to .007 and there is no reason price should be so low. Was .014 ca couple weeks ago and high revenue projects with already signed contracts are in the works.

Last listed float of 125M is fairly low and yahoo listed book value is current share price of .005-which is very rare. Most pennys trade many times above book value. Many stocks promoted have a negative book value despite share prices of up to 1 dollar or more-200 times .005.
