You no what I found funny, no one called the TA in the first place today just to ask. The reason they could not give us anything last month was because they could not tell us anything because BEHL had applied for the increase of the AS. It was not finalized, to assume because at that time it was gagged means they still are is really poor. If you think it is dilution then just call and then post what you got as a result.

Personally I think it is just as JB and others have stated, simply bullying the price down to get the best entry point in such a low volume environment. Push enough and stops pop and patience wears thin. The Ask and Bid moving upwards rapidly afterwards just supports this.
