I agree with you based on the very tiny floating and 22M OS shares!
From 03/03/2010 to today (03/30) totally 90,500 shares were shorted.
During the past three years less than 2M shares sold below 0.01. It
is a very clean shell company with the perfect share structure ready
to reverse merger or any buy-out deal! Some news like VCTY released
can easily send USTX to 0.15 or higher within a single trading day!
