Each piece is seperate meaning:

1. No RS
2. 250M in new shares are restricted
3. Bill Sarpulius did not take the board position (Turns out he had not accepted the position as of yet and was likely to)

They are just fast notes I was sending out on my Blackberry while the shareholder meeting was in progress to keep the board up to date.
