Consulting fees = $790,000. It’s more like insulting fees.

This must be how he is bleeding the company / shareholders.
I beginning to wonder if the “Private Company” is the ones doing the consulting.

Something doesn’t happen soon with this company, my lawyers prepared to move on the suit. He explained to me that Humphries could be personally responsible for illegal behavior such as fraud and I maybe able to recover some of the losses from his personal capital equities.

He also suggested class action. I just want this mess cleared up so that Humphries is stopped or the company can move on.

I can’t see how this guy can sleep at night. If I were him, I’d be afraid that some stock holder that lost a lot of money to his shenanigans would pay him a visit. (Hell, I could have hired a “Hit-man” five times over with the money I lost to this crook.

Not that I wish him or anyone harm, it’s just BS. …Just venting!
