sorry it took me so long some of us have a real job...but anyways was that silly default status supposed to be for real??? i just took a quick look at that website and found a few quick things that ill just paste here

Important Notice: Entities with a January 2010 annual list due date whose lists were received by January 31, but have not yet been processed due to processing backlog, may show as in “Default” in the Business Entity Search until all January filings are processed. We expect completion of these filings by March 22nd

also if you look at the example of the certificate of default status it says that the cause is a failure to file an annual list of officers, directors and designation of resident agent for the filing period 20xx - 20xx and pay the filing fee and penalty, pursuant to the provisions of nevada revised statutes.

so basically they didnt file some nonsense on time or didnt pay a penalty on time...which doesnt seem like a big deal because the company is still in existance and rolling along...so once again you've brought nothing of any significance here and tried to scare people...anything else??
