I was asked to provide data Proving massive amounts of dilution occurring with PPJE. Here is all the info you need.. I've been on IHUB for many years and have built a reputation telling it like it is.



According to PINKSHEETS as of SEPTEMBER 30th 2009 the O/S and A/S is as following. SInce the time of this update the A/S has been raised TWICE to accommodate the dilution of the company.


Outstanding Shares
1,251,363,000 as of Sept 30, 2009
Authorized Shares
1,500,000,000 as of Sept 30, 2009



Here is an update that was received from the Transfer agent on 2/09 showing the O/S at just over 4B.

This info was obtained from an email that Ms. Basu forwarded me from the T/A today.

Authorized Shares = 5B
Outstanding Shares = 4,199,951,654
Restricted Shares = 2,588,496,038

Here is an update on the OS just a few days later via the T/A -->

The numbers stand as follows, as of today (02/18), 12:35 EST......

Most recent updates put the O/S at 4,669,730,854 verified by the T/A which indicate further dilution.

The A/S is currently 5B not 4.69B according to the IBOX.. Here is a link PROVING the A/S at 5B .

The compamny raised the A/S multiple times in the past year or so.. Once the O/S is maxed out to 5B look for another R/S or for them to once again RAISE the A/S.
