YA gets voting majority voting rights - r/s proposed - positive prs come out - neom gets exposure on CBS - 10k full of negative nancy's comes out - states operating cash flow will run out April 30.

I predict neom is doing a r/s wihin the next30 days in conjunction with more positive prs to try and either secure different funding before going to YA (wishful thinking) or YA and the board members are going to sell like crazy over the next 30 days and bail, thus wash, rinse and repeat continues for us
