Yup, :) That’s those small-time insiders buying up before the name change approval announcement.

I know Pennypauly mentioned in the recent past that FINRA doesn’t notify anyone before it is posted to the FINRA web page, but I have found that other companies have recently issued PR’s about symbol and name change the day prior to FINRA posting it.

Let’s cross our fingers for PR confirming name change so that Cabal Communications Inc. can move on!
