Anyone, like myself, who invests with someone like GSRE without doing DD, usually do not invest enough to pursue civil action. Most are embarrassed that they did not do there homework and simply go away. Since GSRE is non reporting and essentially does not exist, they are not policed on a monthly basis. What it takes for justice for these type of companies is a lot of work for the Sec, FINRA, State Securities boards, and Attorney Generals. The only way to get action is complain to all of them on a regular basis and believe me, it rolls downhill.
