WHO'S TO SAY THIS IS THE ONLY U.S. CO. THEY'RE TALKING TO?.....that deal is from 2008......this is 2 yrs later w/ a new administration who's hell bent on clean coal......just read all the presidents comments......CCTC just hired Randall for U.S. consultation in March 2010......they may be working on an entirely different deal........the economic conditions of the last 2 yrs. didn't help development, but the Dow is back to 2008 levels and there's alot of cash out there on the balance sheets......all they need to do is get ahold of some of it to get these projects off the ground.....my feeling yesterday was they could pull it off and that hasn't changed today$$$
