Allthough I know some or most of you do not think the Fitzgeral case is relative to Tronox coming out of BK, I disagree.
The potential award dollars is potentially quite high and we are currently at a crossroad in this case which will likely include ABX on a go forward basis.

It is my opinion that those involved wish to seek/push/cause a settlement away from an actual trial.

I also believe the case has a high level of merrit against Fitzgerald's estate and ABX relative to the Goldstrike properties.

I am not sure at this point how an award would be handled with a company in BK proceedings.
The EC would have a whole new dimension of leverage as it concerns the valuation of stock.

Therefore we will see little action other than those in the know trying to leverage the purchase of stock in anticipation of news regarding the case.
Tronox comes out at settlement or just prior.......
