PlanGraphics, d/b/a Integrated Freight Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire M. Bruenger Trucking Co., Inc.

PlanGraphics, d/b/a Integrated Freight Corporation (OTCBB: PGRA) (www.integrated-freight.com) announced today that it has signed a Letter Of Intent to acquire M. Bruenger Trucking Co., Inc. of Wichita, Kansas. The acquisition is subject to due diligence and other conditions.

Since 1936, M. Bruenger Company has been a quality service carrier, specializing in both the refrigerated and dry freight market. They are one of Kansas' largest refrigerated and dry van carriers. Bruenger's authority has expanded to include aviation materials, canned goods, foodstuffs and many general commodities. Bruenger also moves produce with service into Canada. Service is coast to coast with a modern fleet of refrigerated and dry van trailers with a host of long haul tractors and experienced drivers. The heart of service radiates from the central dispatch in Wichita, Kansas, with 160 tractors, 187 refrigerated units and 30 dry vans. Bruenger's 2009 revenues were over $21 million.

PlanGraphics recently acquired Integrated Freight Corporation in a "reverse merger" and has filed a preliminary Schedule 14C with the SEC to obtain stockholder approval of a name change to "Integrated Freight Corporation" and a reverse stock split of 1 to 244.8598. PlanGraphics is registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. PlanGraphics provides truckload motor freight services through two subsidiaries, Morris Transportation located in Hamburg, Arkansas and Smith Systems Transportation located in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska.
