Sid asked me to respond to your email below.

As the press release stated, the company will be moving to the bulletin board in the near future. It will take a bit of time to get there.

And yes, the bonds are still happening. We put out a press release so we could try to address the bonds as so many people were asking questions and now everyone is focused on those instead of what the company’s actual business is…drilling for oil. As we have stated, we will only put out information when it becomes available. We will not be doing press releases just for the sake of doing them. The company is working diligently on bringing resolution to the bonds. When there is further information, the company will make it available.
