JayErock, since when is the 30th of any month the middle of the month?? Get Real, please. The acquisition is past due and we all know it. QEDN has failed yet once more to bring any value to the shareholders. Besides, even after the PR is released regarding closings of acquisitions for ProRemote or Nazz, what makes you think that will do anything positive for the stock price? This is OLD NEWS. If the PPS was going to move up, it would have already. In fact, the PPS went down.

But the truth is Mid march can be a number of different dates. Realistically anywhere in between the 2nd and the 30th.
