POSC filed an S-8 on 3/26, and Monday it ran nearly 70%; based on chart could move more depending when the shares start getting sold. A P.R. was issued on POSC.

This is a trend by the way, and I've seen many stocks run up bigly after an S-8 is filed whether
a P.R. was released or not.
