DTL,

I not only like your posts that communicate your thinking,
but I also like your attitude ( contributing as one of the MODs, sharing your true insights, etc. )
and as I thought of EssenceOfWealth, I also think of you as being a man of Integrity !

anyway,
WHY would there be a "triangular" merger ?
None of the 3 companies complement each other ( well, maybe QEDN & Pro Remote do ... some ... )
To me it seems that TM has gotten a NEW idea (since he alone couldn't become profitable)
that he would merge with George the Greek.
George was in dire need of money & he thought he would get some with Tom's help.
Tom was offering hope, George was offering ALL that he had (a software).
As the merger got closer, George had gotten to see more of Tom's stuff and became less willing (?)
but he would still agree to being INDEPENDENT under Tom's public hope for investors' support ( read, MONEY ).
Then someone introduced Tom at a party to a person from NAZZ.
( a movie production company USUALLY needs money !
The further in production they are, the more money they need.
MOST of the movies produced LOSE money, only a few movies make a LOT of money )
anyway ...... IMHO, NAZZ's current budget is negative, hence the stunt with Tom.

By creating a subsidy, none of them has anything to lose ........
NAZZ stays independent, George can keep his software secret
and Tom has a public company with paper (shares) to exchange for money.
ALL the three of them need now, is the money for lawyers to sign the papers.
[ Tom doesn't even have the money to properly file .... for years ... so that he could be an OTC BB rather than a pinky ]

so........... those are my thoughts to share with you ...... I could be wrong and I could be right ( or a little right .... LOL )

anyway, no matter what,
as I have been saying for a few weeks now,
The current market sucks, the money is NOT coming into stocks
especially high risk- speculative stocks,
and IMHO, those of us invested are going to be stuck in stock market
for a while anyway, before we see any meaningful returns.
Those who will sell (and buy and sell again) will just keep losing and losing in the current market.

well, that's all for tonight (and for Tuesday .... LOL) ..... c u all later
