A Lie..Plain and simple...Shorting, esp naked shorting leads to a diminishing in the pps...that will or will not be covered later...compounds most days!

Until there is a Digital signature for every share issued / traded...the Criminal MM that have been given the Privilege to conduct / make a Market can Use and Abuse it to their Advantage....One of the "perks" they are given by the Criminal SEC Overseer...which they are in bed with....That turns a blatantly blind Eye to the process!!

The Tertiary level is the Criminal Elected officials...that put on a Puppet Show about the process for the Public...as if they are ever going to do anything about...Being they are all one Big happy, Ruling, Criminal Family!!
