Welcome slulaw - Have you read the info in the IBox yet? It has just been updated. This is a pinkie so look at the pink sheet listings for previous filings. The company is preparing to uplist and soon should be providing SEC 8Ks and 10Qs. The company definitely has a lot going on and the receipt of a 350 million dollar loan to complete several acquisitions is in the forefront and Friday's NR stated that will happen in 2 to 3 weeks.
