The January, 2010 PR states that the Nazz merger/acquisition would be complete within 60 days, which is 3/22/2010 but it is updated by the March 3rd, 2010 PR which comes out later and states that the NAZZ merger would be completed by March 31st, 2020. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/QED-Connect-Inc-Finalizes-pz-2847426879.html?x=0

So PR about the merger/acquisition completion maybe could come out this week.
