Form T is an after hours trade. Shorts sell a lot quickly to drive down the price, then buy back slowly to make quick profit. If the price doesn't drop drastically, they must then buy back with no gain or a loss.

Either that or the company is diluting the market by introducing more shares for people to buy, which also drives down the price.
