I have thought my position was complete for almost a year but keep adding because the risk/reward equation keeps improving. A big contract, which apparently is imminent, puts a floor under this stock in my view. The upside potential increasingly eclipses any downside risk. We just need a wave of new investors and I think Bob's road show and this week's announcement should provide the catalyst.
