Of course they have a product. I have smoked the SFIO electronic cigarette. I still have the kit but I don't have any filters left and I'm not calling SFIO and asking them to send me some more. I'm satisfied with the product. Ask yourself, would the bank give them a huge line of credit if they didn't have a product? DUH!!!!

Don't take this the wrong way, the DUH is not meant for you. :)
