I just got off the phone with the TA and with E-Trade. The current O/S is 17.518 Billion, so we're well into the float. I asked E-Trade about my complaint and the day's current volume. The guy was pretty up front about it (I asked his personal view), he said he felt the "MM's were doing the buying, with this level of volume." With this level of O/S, he felt there's no way ordinary investors would be doing this much buying with an A/S of 20 Billion and an O/S of 90%, even at .0001 - .0002. He said there may be another variable, where if one of the partners is buying the stock in hoards, or a buyer is gobbling them up, there could be an announcement soon. If this is the case, then this would make Peach's comment a bit interesting from a couple weeks ago, where he said "maybe one of the partners will buy out the stock." If this is the case, then any partner buying more than (I forget) 10% or 15% of the stock, the shareholders have to be notified within 10 trading days. So lets say Alderman is buying them up....and owns more than 10-15%, he has to notify the rest of us within 10 days. Need some help here on the rules....

Back to the first scenario, just makes me wonder if the MM's are up to something here with this and also looking at one of the last PR's where the company's also concerned about the MM's being in control. He said, with the volume, there's probably 20% at best flippers at this price. But! He speculated it will grow if the price keeps doing what its doing.

GLTA-Looking for honest feedback...Bashers stay put!

Anyway, we'll see I guess.
