Not thrilled over the real reason why............

Well, here's your answer.

O/S is now 40 million shares.

CEO has some explaining to do now. I have emailed him my concerns over representing no dilution until at least end of the year, yet, diluting at this time.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
