There isn't anywhere 4oo mil shares could be bought in a private transaction other than Aziz. The last posted number I saw was 693mil, which you have numerous times rounded off to one bil. Reguardless these numbers could only be accumalated in such short order by large purchases, again pointing to Aziz.
