I forgot to mention how I came up with the cash buy-out amount will be $0.016. I figured that the serious negotiations between the recycling company and UWRL started, the PPS for UWRL was spiking at around $.0085 a few weeks ago. This added to the private company value which I am going to assume is of similar value, brings us to $0.016+ .

The only thing that worries me about the deal is that if the private company’s value is only equivalent to the value of UWRL when it traded @ $0.0015 prior to the start of merger talks. The merger talks maybe what pushed the PPS up in the first place.
