Quantech Announces WiFi Hotspot Pilot in London

DENVER and LONDON, Dec. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Other OTC:QANT.PK - News) through its wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, announced today participation in a VoIP WiFi Hotspot pilot program in London.

DimiTel Ltd, the experienced VoIP applications provider, will use its comprehensive DimiTel VoIP platform to support the WiFi VoIP Hotspot pilot in central London. The Pilot will allow users in several London locations to use Dimitel VoIP Telephony via the WiFi hotspots through there laptops or WiFi enabled handsets.
According to the Managing Director of DimiTel Ltd, Mr. Rony Cohen, ``2005 will kick start the WiFi VoIP telephony race, we expect several of the large operators to rapidly adopt the technology.''
