That PR was released April 29, 2009. Now it seems that New Process was just recently devloped (less than a year), Now i dont know how long it usally takes to write up a patent, but im sure it takes time, especially if you are in the beging stages of that process.

So that could explain why theres no patnet yet! IMO GLTA
