With all the naysaying...it's important to remember some solid fundamentals:

1. The company is operating in the black. In other words, it is profitable. This alone is fairly remarkable for a Pink Sheets company. Quick, name me 2 other PS companies in this sector operating in the black.

2. The TA is ungagged and anyone can call and get an updated share count.

3. The share structure remains solid @ 46.6M o/s and 25.5M float. Again, this can be verified.

4. The company is doing business. Call them any day of the week except Sunday. Try to get a loan with them. You can! They're aggressively going out for business.

5. I got an answer about the # of originators late Friday. Apparently their new guy Milton is cleaning house and anyone that does not have a broker's license needs to either get one or will no longer be working with Expert. (Hence the 45 number)

6. The stock has been beaten down to a pulp and to call it oversold is an understatement. Technical players are beginning to pay attention here.

7. The possibility of closing an acquisition that will increase EXPU's annual revs by anywhere from 500-800% is BIG.

I'm sticking around. As long as the share structure stays solid and the CEO starts DELIVERING on what the last PR promised, then this will most definitely begin a new uptrend soon.

There it is.
