The core system has been successfully used in products for the big three automotive companies in the US and has proven successful in applications for both microwave housings and the golf industry in production of one piece driver heads using ThermaLite material.
Patents are currently being written for both the process and equipment to produce them.
It appears Thermalite is a widely used term to describe many things. But my point is the process being used might be more cost effective than in the past. according to the company's PR on FEB 24th which was before the buyout news
