Someone said they couldn't sell for 12 months after million was reached. Ive been doin more reading on 504's the last hour. So many different ways it can be handled. He may be half right , one instance says they have to wait 6 months , but another says thay can immediatly LOL it depends on the route they use for the 504 it seems.
