I don't think this press release was made to calm as down . QASP had to do it to have a time to buy back shares . If average price will be 4 c. this is around $7 mill. we talking about . They cant wait for 350 mill. because as soon they receive this money QASP must make announcement and share price will be $.2-$1???!!! So if we see next week volume, that will be indication that QASP found at list $5-7 mill. to buy shares back. This is why it was in" WRITING" , to get this loan!!?? $5-10 mill. Good Luck .Stock
