This is what was going through my head at the time of my other post.

JGBO placed their application I believe in the first week of Oct 2009. We are now almost finished with March 2010. Six months have passed and all we hear is that JGBO is working hard on the application.

I expected the application to go in much earlier than Oct 2009, since JGBO was over $5 PPS for 90 consecutive days. But the company waited months to even begin the application process for some funny reason. JGBO got a questions from NasDaq in Jan 2010 and it took them almost two months to get their comments back to NasDaq.

Since the whole process of uplisting has been so slow and dragged out, one never know what might happen. Since I have never seen a formal reject listed by the NasDaq, one never knows if JGBO has tried and failed. From your earlier post, I was thinking that JGBO had to resubmit their application for uplisting with the NasDaq. However this is not the case. Thank goodness.
