"The reason for this change is that the terms of the funding of the balance of our $350,000,000 financing requires us to issue Class B non-voting shares equal to forty percent of the total outstanding common stock to the lender."

So around 1,071,000,000 can be the max OS before the 40% goes to the lender. Of that amount the company claims to buy back 20% of the OS. Which would be around 214,200,000 shares to bring the OS down to 856,800,000.

"The corporate buyback of company shares will begin in earnest the first week of April 2010, and will continue until the company has repurchased up to twenty (20%) percent of the total outstanding shares."

The end of next week should make things a little more clear as to what numbers to expect. With a little math and logic thats my OP.
