I was just looking over the proxy, Offor owns a lot more shares than i thought.....between the two Chrome enities and Offor personally he owns or controls 84.6% of the shares, First Atlantic Bank holds 8.2% of the shares....that comes to92.8% of the shares...These shares are tightly held and do not trade....Only about 7% of the shares trade...I figure that is about 50 million, Probably held mostly by people on this board, does this make anyone nervous or should we feel more secure ???...what is the upside of this and the downside..??? Anyone care to comment ???
