Now at <b>(9.31B)</b>his 5.03B is about 54%. So...Frank retires 1B of his own shares which leaves Frank <b>4.03B</b> shares and an OS of <b>8.31B</b>. He needs to hold 51% to maintain majority. 8.31B x 51% = 4.23B <b>8.31B x 49% = 4.07B</b> This is less than 51% and is not what has just happened... Hope that makes sense.
