He's just VP of Sales, no slight intended. Don't get me wrong, as it's a very important job. However, he's not named in the document and not a Director or Senior Officer (Pres/CEO, CFO, Chairman). I believe the sigs attest to accuracy of the document's content pertaining to each individual or their contribution.

I've consulted to companies where you can't get into the tower's elevator without 25 Senior and Executive VPs trying to squeeze in behind you to get to the same meeting, and that's just the locals. hehe
